• Asian Model turned DJ - DJ Shmia joins Kudos.

Launched with much fanfare last summer *Kudos* has quickly risen to become one of the UKs leading roadshows. With a line up well-known names such as *DJ H,* *Jas Johal *and *DJ Dips*, Kudos has now added a well-known face.

Regularly seen gracing the pages of Asian fashion magazines and catwalks, female *model Sam Ahmed* has joined Kudos as their only female DJ. This beauty has been showing partygoers that she is more than a pretty face and knows her Bhangra beats from her RnB jams.

Known in the modelling world as Sam, she is using her real name - *Shmia *for her new career. Hailing from Southampton and now living in London, *Shmia *has been working as a freelance model. Her credits include magazines such as Asiana, London Fashion Week and a number of music videos. Modelling was something that this Model DJ landed in by chance, but her real passion lies in music, saying she finds it more exciting being behind a set decks than walking on a runway.

Kudos have established themselves in the wedding and party industry as providers of quality service with a difference and their new signing reflects this. Under the guidance of Kudos DJs, *DJ Shmia* has been training to master her DJing technique and has been successfully performing to appreciative audiences over the last year.
